1. Who we are
This website, sexiecoffie.com, is operated by Food Consolidated Pty Ltd (ABN 81 653 048 929) trading as Sexie Coffie (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact us at connect@sexiecoffie.com. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Our products
We sell fresh-roasted coffee beans, gift cards and subscriptions. Every order is roasted fresh to order. We take care to describe products accurately, but colours and packaging on screen may differ slightly from the real thing.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). No GST is charged on our products. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We may correct pricing errors and will contact you before processing an affected order.

4. Orders
Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a payment fails, and we will refund anything you have paid for an order we cancel.

5. Shipping
We deliver within Australia only. Standard shipping is free on every order within Australia, applied automatically at checkout. Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Because orders are roasted fresh, please allow extra time before dispatch. See our Shipping policy for details.

6. Refunds, returns and your consumer rights
Our Refund policy sets out how we handle damaged, faulty, incorrect or not-as-described items, and explains that we can’t accept change-of-mind returns on fresh roasted coffee. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

7. Subscriptions
If you subscribe, you authorise us to charge your payment method and ship your order at the interval you chose, at the subscription price shown at checkout. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time before your next order is processed, through your customer account or by emailing us. See our Cancellations policy.

8. Gift cards
Gift cards are redeemed online at sexiecoffie.com and can be used towards future purchases. Keep your gift card code safe. We are not responsible for lost or stolen codes. Gift card expiry and terms follow Australian law.

9. Discount codes
Discount codes have the conditions shown with the offer (for example, one use per customer or one-time purchases only). We can withdraw a code that is misused.

10. Use of this site
You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to access it without permission, or use it for unlawful purposes. All content on this site, including text, images and the Sexie Coffie name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written consent.

11. Privacy
How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy policy.

12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. This does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order.

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you agree to the courts of Queensland.
